Privacy Policy
FavSongs is a static website. There are no accounts, no analytics, and no servers collecting your data. Your shelf is stored only in your own browser (localStorage) and never uploaded anywhere. Share links carry songs inside the URL itself — whoever you send the link to sees exactly what you encoded, nothing more.
Song pages fetch public data directly from third parties in your browser: iTunes Search (previews + artwork), SimpleIcons (service logos), and oEmbed endpoints (Spotify, YouTube) when you import a link. Those providers see standard web-request data per their own privacy policies.
Terms of Use
Use FavSongs to share music you love. Don't use share links for spam, abuse, or anything unlawful. Service links open the respective music platforms, which have their own terms. FavSongs is provided as-is, without warranties.
